Advertisements; How Often Published. When the advertisements shall be published in the newspapers, they shall be inserted three different days before the expiration of the term fixed by law, if the term be of ten days, unless it be in the places where the newspapers do not appear often enough to repeat the advertisement as many times as is required by this article, in which case it will suffice if the advertisement be inserted as often as the gazette appears during that time.
