To test these hypotheses, this study utilizes panel data from the Survey of Wisconsin Works Families (SWWF), a portion of the W-2 Child Support Demonstration Evaluation. Knowledge about child support full disregard/pass-through is measured by three survey questions. In addition to survey data, this study also extracts child support payment and work history from Wisconsin administrative data.
