Types Plans may be classified in various ways. Some authors classify them from the standpoint of format and scope. Others classify them from the standpoint of the activities of the organization. For instance, Koontz and Oa#39;Donnell29 think that plans may be of the following types: objectives, * policies, procedures, rules, ... Its expectations are feasible and within the reach of the implementing organization.
